Phase 1 : SEE it This phase begins with the initial phone call where we decide if Organize & Harmonize is best suited to your needs. If we proceed, Organize & Harmonize would then send you the following documents: Initial Consultation Questionare Space & Systems Checlkist We end this phase with an 1-2 hour initial consultation where ask questions and take pictures and measurements. Phase 2: MAP it Define the process. In this phase the client and Organize & Harmonize creates a vision for the space. Organize & Harmonize will give you: An Action Plan via a Follow Up Email A Clear Vision of Your New Space At this time, you may choose to do the hands-on work yourself or proceed to phase 3. Phase 3: DO it Here we begin the S.T.A.C.K.S.™ process Sort- We sort and categorize your belonings into banker's boxes. Toss- Together, the client and Organize & Harmonize make decisions about what remains in the space and what should be tossed, sold, or donated. Assign a Home- Organize & Harmonize will create a plan for the best home for your items based on your needs. Contain- Organize & Harmonize will, if necessary, recommend containers for purchase and then contains your items for easy upkeep. Keep it up- Organize & Harmonize will help you create a plan for management of your newly organize space. Simplify- Organize & Harmonize will give you guidelines to help you simplify and harmonize your life and your space.
