Payment:
Full payment on blocks of hours or hourly fees are due and payable upon delivery of service. Payment should be made payable to "Organize & Harmonize" and may be made by check, money order, or cash.

Schedules/Cancellation Fee:

Schedules shall be set by verbal mutual agreement between Client and Organize & Harmonize at the time of proposal agreement or anytime thereafter.

Cancellation of a scheduled appointment must be done within 24 hours prior to the date scheduled. Failure to keep any appointment without prior notification or failure to cancel an appointment within 24 hours prior to the appointment time will be considered a "No Show / Late Cancel" and a fee of $50.00 will be charged; under extenuating emergency circumstances determined by proprietor, this fee may be waived.

Client is required to be present during most organizing sessions and to assist with the projects. It is very important that Client and professional organizers can focus on the session. Therefore, Client must make arrangements for handling incoming phone calls, redirecting visitors, childcare etc. so that sessions are not interrupted.
